It’s The Economy Stupid

Those of us interested in the strength of the economy (that should be everyone) should be very interested in this year’s Presidential election. Why? Because one side (John McCain) wants to continue George W. Bush’s policies which have been absolute disaster for the economy and the other side wants to change course to policies that are similar to those of the great Clinton years (Barack Obama.)

The choice is pretty obvious to those of us who care about actual issues and not the fluff that the McCain campaign wants us to concentrate on. The McCain campaign has even said themselves that “this election is not about the issues.” Sorry. But yes it is. And the #1 issue is the economy. We’d be insane to give the Republicans another 4 years to further wreck our economy after what they’ve done to America over the last 8 years.

Register To Vote (for Barack Obama.) Our economy cannot handle another 4 years of Bush/McCain policies (and yes they are exactly the same.)

  1. Great Points! I could not agree anymore. John McCain = George W. Bush. It’s really as simple as that. Someone would have to be insane to vote for McCain. Our country really can’t stand another 4 years of these miserable economic policies which only help the very very rich and leave the rest of us out to dry.

  2. I agree 100%. It does boil down to the economy in the end. The whole Sarah Palin thing is such a distraction from the real issues and McCain’s entire campaign is being run by the same sleazeballs that ran Bush’s campaign. It’s THE SAME GUYS!!! People would have to be crazy to think that McCain is a change. He’s a liar and a scumbag.
