Bought FTBK @ $1.67

I just bought FTBK @ $1.67 — another very small position buy (just 275 shares) because Ameritrade has *still* not given me access to the funds from my last sale on Wednesday (my ill advised early sale of AXL… I’ve kicked a giant hole in my ass over that one as I would have gained over $10,000 with that trade if I would have held it until today) so I’m having to work with my much smaller account over at SogoTrade (which I’m really loving so far because how fast the trades are executed and how they give me access to my funds immediately after my sales.)
I could have got into FTBK earlier at a much better entry point. In fact I was trying to get in at around $1.55 earlier at around noon but I was fighting over pennies (ie I bid $1.54 when the ask was $1.55 or $1.56.) I have to learn not to do that because it often leaves me out of the stock altogether and for what? Half a percent difference?
It’s been on my screener all day due to it’s gap up this morning. So this play is “by the book” although my entry point is about 10 cents late.
I should mention the bad things about SogoTrade too:
1. Trades of stocks under $1 carry a ridiculously high fee (min. of $27 and possible much higher)
2. No pre market or after market trading.
3. No options.

The good is that they give me access to my funds immediately and their trades are very cheap. $3 usually and free for the first month (up to 100.)

I’m sorry for not getting up and posting my screener’s picks earlier in the day.
I can list them now but please be aware that these current prices are all well past the ideal entry point:
FTBK: $1.71 (heading up since I bought it!)
SORC: 14 cents
CNB $1.08
FCSK: $3.79
EGT: 13 cents

FTBK is now at $2.30 - That’s a 38% gain in two business days! Sweet. Too bad I don’t have more money in it…

CNB looks like it would have been a fine play at $1.08 (and a really great play when I first saw it on my screener on Friday (it was about 85 cents if I remember correctly.)
It’s now at $1.61 ! Yes, I could have doubled my money with that one.
There is no FCSK - I must have meant FCSX and it’s right around the same place $3.80 as of right now.

FTBK is at $2.50 now… man! I finally get on the right stock at the right time and it’s one I only have a small position in! Just my luck.
I’m up 50% on this one now.

More proof that my screener system works.
I need to be patient with ACLS today as FTBK didn’t move much the day I bought it. My system is forward looking. Which is good. But it’s also a bit scary sometimes.
